Our Policy:

~Payment is due on the day of your appointment
~We gladly accept all forms of payment
~There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks that will be added to the balance.
~To avoid a $25 charge for a missed appointment, please call or leave a message before 9am no later then the day of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. This will give us the opportunity to provide services to others who need to be seen.
