Purification Air System

Dr. Polski recommends* ECOQUEST air filters, especially the "Fresh Air" brand. by the way, ozone generating/ion generating air purifiers are not harmful, if used on low power, (contrary to what financial/political competitors claim) and are the only one that actively seek out allergens, bacteria, virus, and funguses to either kill or inactivate them. In the winter, a drop of MELALEUCA oil in your ENVIROCARE-220 humidifier.

Stem Cell Enhancement / Bone Marrow Disorders

Dr. Polski recommends Stem Enhance which is a plant extract that stimulates your own stem cells from your bone marrow. Rest & Restoration

Dr. Polski recommends soothing music and a good nights rest. Sleeping is a vital part of good health. Tempur-pedic pillow is recommended and is the one that has a "regular" pillow shape.

Foot Support

Good shoes help with the wear and tear of feet, knees and fatigue. Since everyone is individually different, I recommend looking up both the arch support and tip/chamber (underpronation/supination, neutral, overpronation) of common recreational shoes at roadrunnersports.com or get shoe inserts. SOLE inserts are recommended. SOLE inserts are heat moldable shoe inserts.

HOW:
1)put in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
2) slip them into your shoes
3) put your foot in your shoe and place your weight over the 2nd toe
